Sheet Metal Deburring Machine

The metal deburring machine has three series, br series, bb series & r series, “b” means belt, which used for removing big & small burrs, “r” means roller, which used for removing small burrs, chamfer and beautiful surface. The width of working table are 800mm, 1000mm, 1300mm & 1600mm.

Dual function, mainly used for deburring and chamfering,  for thin metal and thick metal.
Standard with vac-sorb table, exhaust fan & dust collector.

Eg:800br-2+4 means 800mm working table with 2* belt and 4*rollers
Note:
One belt can handle burrs within 2mm, if the burrs is big, Two belts are needed. The first rough belt used for removing big burrs, the second exquisite belt is used for removing small burrs.
